Monument Valley Villa Amenities
One of the great things about Goulding’s is how many different lodging options are available. This includes campgrounds, RV parking spots, cabins, apartments, and hotel rooms. These various lodging options have different levels of amenities, starting with the basics of a campsite.
One of the highest end lodging options, after the luxury house, is one of the many villas located at the Goulding’s Monument Valley lodge. These villas have a wide variety of amenities which make them an ideal lodging option for all sorts of visitors!
Monument Valley Hotel Amenities
The starting point villas are the one-bedroom villas with kitchenettes. These villas come with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and kitchenette area in the main room. Also, another queen bed exists within the private room. The kitchenette does not have a stovetop. The villa with kitchen is similar to the villas with kitchenettes, but with a stovetop available in the kitchen. Since the villas come with three beds, if you include the sleeper sofa, they can be a great place to stay for a big number of people, like a family. Up to five or six people can stay inside one villa!
Villa Amenities
The villas are filled with all sorts of great amenities. This includes cable TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, provided linens and towels, bath and shower, and toiletries.
Climate control amenities include air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan. Some other remaining amenities include a clock radio, 24-hour security, telephone, iron, and ironing board. To top it all off, housekeeping is available at the villas as well!
The View of Monument Valley
On top of all this, there is an amazing patio area outside of each villa which provides an amazing view of the Monument Valley! Some of the other lodging areas, such as the camping and RV sites, apartments, and many of the hotel rooms, do not provide a view of the Monument Valley, as they are nestled next to rock faces.
However, the villas are located outside of this area. This gives them a full, expansive view of the Monument Valley. In fact, some of the buttes seen during the guided tours can be faintly seen from the villas.
Transportation
Finally, visitors can park their vehicles right next to the villas, which are all serviced with dirt roads. This allows for an easy drive up to the villas. The villas are also located near the Goulding’s airstrip – pilots flying in to spend a few nights at Goulding’s might want to stay at a villa, since it’s nothing more than a short walk away from where they park their planes!
Since anyone who flies in will not have a car available, staying at a villa and taking guided tours is an easy way to enjoy the Monument Valley experience for flyers.
Other Amenities
Of course, people living in the villas are also invited to the various amenities existing in the resort. This includes the laundromat, swimming pool, and multiple dining options. The dining options include the convenience store (which includes a food court), the grocery store, and Goulding’s Restaurant.
Out of all these amenities, the gas station, convenience store, and laundromat are very close to the villas, allowing visitors to very quickly head over for a quick bite or to do their laundry before returning to their room.
